Renae McMillan is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. She received a wealth of experience while working as an International Marketing Manager for PRO-LINE International, the 2nd largest manufacturer of ethnic hair care products in the world.  During her seven year tenure at PRO-LINE, Renae enjoyed organizing tradeshows, workshops and educational events throughout West Africa, Europe and Canada and developing advertising and marketing campaigns showcasing the beauty of women of color from around the world.

In June 2005, Renae accepted her call to full-time ministry.  She is not only passionately fulfilling her call to minister to men and women around the nation. She has also been instrumental in helping other ministries to take their organizations to the next level including Benny Hinn Ministries, The National Ministry of Dr. Tony Evans, Opening Doors for Women in Need, Because of Grace Consulting and Training Services, Marcus D. King Ministries and more.

Renae McMillan is an active member of Friendship-West Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas where Rev. Frederick Douglas Haynes, III is the Senior Pastor. She is also studying to receive a Masters of Arts in Religion at Liberty University.
